When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sentinel AI Lab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sentinel AI Lab.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Sentinel AI Lab to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Sentinel AI Lab does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated insights and data are provided for informational purposes and should not be construed as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sentinel AI Lab, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sentinel AI Lab in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
